    2. Create customized funnels
  3. Nurture Lead

    1. Add additional data
    2. Configure extra steps
    3. Perform extra actions (negotiations/renegotiation etc)
    4. In some cases one might need to send quotations/revised quotations
  4. Score Lead

    1. Add weigtage to the leads
    2. Setup mechanism to provide weight, priority and severioty
    3. Categorize leads based on perameters
  5. Send to Sale

    1. A qualified lead could be called Opportunity
    2. Mechanism to send the leads to sales teams
    3. should be able to distribute the leads among the team
    4. sales person should have mechnism to capture the information
    5. sales person should have mechanism to setup actions
  6. Convert lead to customer

    1. Sales team should be able to do the needful to convert the lead to a deal
    2. converted leads could be called Deals
    3. create required documents
    4. captute required information, additional notes etc.
  7. Track and adjust

    1. Done deals/non done deatils needs to be retrospected
    2. Shoudl be able to take further actions based on the journey
    3. if deal not done, capture why, and whats the next step, could it be reconsidered
  8. Process executions

    1. Should be able to automate things at various stages
    2. should be able to see relevant reports
    3. Should be able to configure automated notifications (mails, calls, ivrs, sms)
    4. Should have algorighums to automation and opttimize the process
