Price Book Manager

Price book management in CRM helps businesses sell products at different prices to different customers. It involves creating and updating price books, and editing prices for products and services.

Creating price books

1. In the CRM, navigate to the Price Books module
2. Click the New Price Book icon
3. Enter a name for the price book
4. Select a discount type
5. Enter the price ranges and discount percentage
6. Click Add to add more pricing details
7. Click Save

Updating price books

1. In the CRM, navigate to the Price Books module
2. Select the price book to update
3. Click the Import List Price link
4. Select the file with the new prices
5. Map the fields and click Import

Editing prices

1. In the CRM, navigate to the Inventory tab
2. Select the Price Books module
3. Open the price book record
4. Select Products or Services
5. Hover over the product or service and click the edit icon
6. Enter the new price
7. Click Save
