Product Flow

1. Products
   1. Product can have Parts
   2. Product and Parts can have different warranty
2. Stock - Products are managed at stock
   1. Stock = Place + Product + Product Identifier (Serial No, ISBN, UPI e.t.c)
   2. Stock also have bins/location/lots (good, bad, repair etc)
3. Product installation - Customer Purchases/Requests for new
   1. Product/Part warranty gets activated
   2. Product is intalled at customer location
4. Product Returns - Customer wants the product to be replaced/repaired
   1. Product is moved from customer place to stock (repair/rejected bin)
5. Warranty Claims - Customer/Sales executive raises warranty claim
   1. Claims appear in claim list
   2. Stock/Inventory manager approves/disapproved claim after validating the warranty
6. Upsell - Extend Warranty
   1. Store manager has access to the list of customer product with warranty expiring
   2. Sales executives calls customer who have product with the ȧrranty expiring soon
